We will take every effort to ensure that this website is online at all times, however matters beyond our control, e.g. server down time, may interrupt the service.
It is a condition of advertising on this website that all invoices be settled within 21 days. We reserve the right to remove any adverts, without warning, if invoices remain unpaid.
If Cornwall Moth Group considers any content to be inappropriate, an advertisement may be removed and the advertiser refunded.
Advertisers must ensure that they have any necessary permissions (including copyright) for the information and pictures that they supply for use in their advert.
It is the responsibility of advertisers to check their advert details and inform us of any mistakes. Errors on our part will be rectified but changes to content differing to that originally supplied may occur additional charges – please check your submission form carefully!
Advertisements will normally be displayed on the site for one year from the invoice date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations during that time.
Cornwall Moth Group retains the right to refuse inclusion of any advertisements without explanation.
